For clients seeking psychological or psychoeducational services, our providers will meet with the client (or parents) for one or more diagnostic interviews to gather more detailed information about the presenting concerns. The evaluator will then create an individualized psychological testing battery that is designed to comprehensively clarify the presenting concerns and to rule out other possible mental health issues that could be affecting someone’s functioning. Each testing battery uses multi-method techniques of gathering information to provide diagnostic clarity. As expert and comprehensive evaluators, our team of clinicians will also conduct interviews with treatment providers, teachers, family members, and other persons who know the examinee well to shed light on the presenting problems. Once all data has been gathered, the evaluator produces a psychological report where they integrate all information gathered, provide diagnostic clarification, and thorough as well as individualized treatment, educational (and vocational) recommendations to help the examinee achieve their fullest potential.
