What is a Forensic Mental Health Evaluation?

Conducted by a forensic psychologist to address legal questions. Evaluations will typically consist of at minimum, interviews with the examinee and other relevant parties, review of records, and psychological testing (when applicable). The forensic evaluator will then typically draft a written report of findings and conclusions which will help provide clarity around the psycholegal question that has been posed. At times, evaluators will be asked or required to testify in court to their findings. We offer a range of forensic services.
